Mindfulness Courses
Mindfulness training cultivates the ability to pay attention to inner and outer experiences without the harsh, self-critical voice. By intentionally orienting our lives towards the present moment, we experience more joy in what the world is offering us right now instead of deferring happiness until some time in the future.
Mindfulness based stress reduction

For those feeling caught in the web of life’s stress, this course is for you. This MBSR course has a vast body of research to support its efficacy. It’s been shown to reduce stress, help manage clinical symptoms and pain, and to support better health through boosted immune function and healthy habits.
This course will teach you to wake up to small beauties and pleasures; reduce the tendency to stress and worry; and to respond wisely and compassionately to people and events.
The course consists of 8 weekly classes (2 ½ hours each) and one all-day session on a weekend, usually between the 6th and 7th class. This is an experiential course and daily home-based practices are an integral part of the training.
