Would you like to bring more balance and wellbeing into your organization?  Concerned about staff morale or staff burnout? I design and deliver personalized workshops for schools and community organizations. 

Past topics have focused on staff wellness, parenting skills, creating a compassionate classroom, and teaching self-regulation to kids.  I also teach a 6-week Active Parenting course.

I can tailor or create a workshop for your community based on the social, emotional or ethical learning topic that will meet your community needs. 

Mindfulness Training

Would you like to bring mindfulness into your school or organization?  I design 1-2 hour, half-day, and full-day workshops for a taste or deep dive into the foundations and practices of mindfulness. 

The popular 8-week courses can also be tailored for your community. The .b Foundations workshop is particularly designed for busy school teachers and can be the first step toward integrating mindfulness for teachers, students and parents.
