Where? Here. When? Now.
Stuck in old patterns? Suffering at work, in relationships or in your body? Wonder if it will ever change? Where to begin? When is it enough? Your time is now and the only place is right where you are. I am here to help.

Why Therapy?
In today’s world, we are fortunate to have ready access to yoga, mindfulness and other self-help routines to explore the mind and heal the body. Neuroscience and psychological research has revealed more sharply than ever the ability of the mind to heal itself and re-wire for health and happiness. But if it was easy, wouldn’t everyone be calm, happy and full of vitality? Despite resources and knowledge, many people remain stuck, overwhelmed and disillusioned by the stress, pain and suffering in their lives.
Therapy is a transformative tool for kick-starting or turbo-charging the journey of well-being. It guides the discovery of inner resilience to flourish in the face of difficulties. A skilled therapist provides you with a partner and a process to uncover your unique strengths, creativity, and tools for a healthier mind, body and spirit. Stress and pain are great catalysts for growth and the right therapy can help to unlock inner resources, instill courage to dive deeply into self awareness and, ultimately, break the cycle of unhelpful patterns in thinking, feeling and behaving.

lifelong skills for self exploration
The courage to release yourself from the tyranny of self criticism and harsh judgment, granting yourself permission to relax and let go of unhelpful striving.
The clarity to see and accept yourself and others fully, simultaneously as unique individuals and yet interdependent humans.
The awareness and compassion to find and use your own set of resources to skillfully tend to feelings, thoughts, sensations and circumstances as they arise.
The wisdom and commitment to act from a place of personal value in service of yourself, your family, your vocation and the world.
