There are currently no community based courses being offered.
Please contact me if you would like to host or assist in setting up an MBCT, MBSR or Mindful Foundation for Teachers course in your community or organization. Required enrollment is 8-16 participants per course.

Course fees
My intention is for courses to be accessible to all who feel they could benefit and are committed to attending. I offer a sliding scale fee, as well as payment plans.
My current MBSR/MBCT course fee per participant, which includes all materials, is: $108, $270 or $360. This fee structure is a ‘pay as you can’ model, trusting in your honest assessment of your circumstance, with some proof needed for the lowest tier. Please pay more, when possible, to enable those with fewer financial resources to participate. To set up a payment plan for the fee option you choose, please contact me directly. Thank you!
